Q2 2026 — distribution & monetization
- InstaPay billing live. Paid MCPs become payable. Creators withdraw to crypto wallets. (waiting on InstaPay account approval)
- Email notifications. Submission status, MCP install reports, security alerts.
awesome-mcp-serversPRs. Listed in punkpeye, wong2, appcypher awesome-lists.- Show HN + Product Hunt launches.
Q3 2026 — hosted runners
- MVP hosted MCP runner. Docker sandbox, HTTP transport, OAuth pass-through.
- VS Code / JetBrains extension. One-click install from the IDE without leaving the editor.
- Boards × MCP. Cards auto-created from Slack, GitHub, Linear webhooks.
Q4 2026 — ecosystem play
- OpenAPI → MCP converter. Drop a Swagger spec, get a runnable MCP server (hosted or npm-published).
- Self-hosted Unyly Enterprise. Companies run their own private catalog.
- Telemetry SDK for authors. Free analytics — installs, errors, usage by tool.
Q1 2027 — long tail
- Compare-pages programmatic SEO. ~10k of
/mcp/x/vs/yURLs, AI search bait. - Five more languages. German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish.
- Embed widget. "Install with Unyly" badge for any README.
What we are not doing
- ❌ AI-generated MCPs.
- ❌ Server hosting beyond MCP runtime — we are not a CSP.
- ❌ Enterprise SSO before InstaPay.
