Sending is off until you name the recipients it may write to: every address in To, Cc and Bcc is checked against that allowlist before a connection is opened, and each message is then approved by a person through an MCP elicitation, with recipients and subject on their own labelled lines. There is no from parameter, so a model cannot write in a colleague's name.
