A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides AI assistants with access to a comprehensive directory of Bangladeshi doctors, hospitals, and medical specialists.

🚀 Quick Start

Prerequisites

• Node.js 18+
• PostgreSQL 14+
• npm or yarn

Installation

# Clone the repository
cd shastho-mcp

# Install dependencies
npm install

# Create PostgreSQL database
createdb doctors_db

Database Configuration

The server uses environment variables for database configuration. Update in src/db/connection.ts or set environment variables:

• Utility Tests: Tests for data formatting, validation patterns, and helper functions
