Getting API Credentials

1. Go to Aircall Dashboard
2. Navigate to Integrations → API Keys
3. Create a new API key
4. Copy the API ID and API Token

Rate Limiting

The server automatically respects Aircall's rate limits (60 requests/minute). Requests are queued and executed with appropriate delays.

Security

• Never commit API credentials to version control
• Use environment variables for credentials
• Use read-only mode for testing
