Evibe ships a hosted, read-only Model Context Protocol server with 19 tools, so any MCP-compatible AI assistant can look at your real holdings, performance, dividends, allocation, and the wider market — and answer questions grounded in your actual numbers.

This repository documents the hosted server. The server itself is a managed service operated by Evibe — there is nothing to install or self-host.

Why it's different

• Read-only, always. Every tool sets readOnlyHint: true. The assistant can read your data and reason about it — it can never place a trade, move money, or change anything in your account.
• Your real numbers. Every figure is computed server-side by Evibe and handed to the model pre-formatted, so it reports your actual P&L instead of estimating it. No hallucinated numbers.
• Broker-neutral. Evibe aggregates every account you connect (12,000+ banks and brokerages via Plaid), so your assistant sees your whole picture — not one broker's slice of it.

Connect in four steps

1. Start your Evibe subscription — the server connects to your own portfolio, so it needs an Evibe account. New accounts include a 7-day free trial.
2. Get your private endpoint — in Evibe, open Settings → AI & MCP to generate your personal, read-only MCP endpoint (https://mcp.evibe.com/u/…). It is unique to you and can be revoked at any time.
3. Add it to your assistant — paste the endpoint into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini as a custom connector / remote MCP server, and authorize the read-only connection.
4. Just ask — your assistant answers from your live data.

Security & privacy

• Your endpoint is private, unique to you, and revocable at any time from the app.
• All tools are read-only; the server exposes no mutation of any kind.
• Bank and brokerage connections are read-only through Plaid — Evibe never sees your credentials and never sells your data.
