Haruspex Grok Extension

Live 0–100 stock scoring across 20+ dimensions, available two ways inside the Grok ecosystem:

1. Grok Build CLI — install as a Grok extension; spawns the Haruspex MCP server on demand, exposes 4 skills + 3 slash commands.
2. Grok Skills (web / iOS / Android) — upload the bundled .skill files directly into Grok's Skills UI for use on grok.com and the mobile apps.

This package is the sister of the @haruspex-guru/mcp-server npm distribution that already serves Claude Desktop, Cursor, Base44, and ChatGPT Apps — same underlying API, just packaged for Grok.

Install — Grok Build (CLI)

Grok Build will:

• Read grok-extension.json to spawn the Haruspex MCP server via npx
• Auto-load GROK.md as session context
• Auto-load skills from skills/
• Register slash commands from commands/

On first run, Grok will prompt for HARUSPEX_API_KEY. Get one at https://haruspex.guru/haruspex-api.

Install — Grok Skills (web)

1. Open Grok on web/iOS/Android (any paid plan — X Premium $8/mo or higher).
2. Open the Skills panel.
3. Upload each .md file from skills/*/SKILL.md as a new Skill, or upload the full haruspex-skills.zip (build with npm run pack from this dir).
4. The Skills run against the Haruspex public API via tool calls — no API key needed for the read-only score-lookup and dimension-compare skills on the free tier, key required for thesis-builder and supply-chain-risk (deeper history + news context).

What ships

• 4 skills: score-lookup, dimension-compare, supply-chain-risk, thesis-builder (auto-loaded from skills/)
• 3 slash commands: /haruspex-score, /haruspex-compare, /haruspex-watchlist (from commands/)
• An MCP server config that spawns the Haruspex MCP via npx on demand

Telemetry

Calls from Grok Build CLI tag as client: "grok-cli"; calls from Grok Skills on the web/mobile surfaces tag as client: "grok-web". Both flow through the standard Haruspex MCP server (@haruspex-guru/mcp-server) — no separate npm package.
