Headless CLI for the MACS §14 Console — a read/write aggregation layer over the 13 MACS subsystems.

v0.1

Headless CLI only (Interactive Feishu cards and MCP server are v0.2+).
8 command groups: status, agent, job, audit, metric, identity, policy, help.
Every command supports --output json (and --output json or --output=text).
All v0.1 handlers are mock stubs with in-memory stores; no external dependencies.
