Papely turns a PDF template and a spreadsheet into hundreds of personalized documents — generated in bulk, delivered by email, and tracked recipient by recipient.

Your own PDF, nothing to redesign. Papely is not a document builder. Your design already went through your brand, your printer and your legal team: you upload that exact PDF and Papely puts a personalization and delivery layer on top of it.

How It Works

1. Upload your PDF — any PDF works; upload once, reuse forever
2. Define the editable fields visually — text, image, date, QR, table
3. Import your data (CSV / Excel) and launch the batch — download it as a ZIP
4. Send and track — map the email column once, then see who received and downloaded each document

Security and Privacy

• TLS in transit; files stored in Cloudflare R2 behind expiring signed URLs
• Documents are delivered as tracked links, never as email attachments
• Optional download verification by code, sent only to the delivery address itself
