MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for querying Taiwan real estate transaction data (實價登錄).

Provides AI assistants with access to Taiwan's official real estate price registration data, including property sales, pre-sales, and rental transactions.

list_cities	列出所有可查詢的台灣縣市
list_towns	列出指定縣市下的鄉鎮區
search_properties	搜尋實價登錄交易紀錄 (支援價格、面積、類型等篩選)
get_statistics	取得區域統計 (均價、中位數、建物類型分布)
list_available_data	查詢可用的資料範圍 (區域、時段)
get_price_trends	取得跨季度價格趨勢

Data Source

Data is sourced from Taiwan's Ministry of the Interior real estate price registration system (內政部實價登錄), processed and served from Cloudflare R2.

Cache

Query results are cached locally at ~/.tw-real-estate-mcp/cache/ with automatic TTL management. Cache can be cleared by deleting this directory.
