Your AI assistant is brilliant but amnesiac. Every conversation starts from zero — no memory of what you captured yesterday, no awareness of what's overdue, no sense of your work patterns. You re-explain your priorities every morning. Tycana fixes this. Tycana is a productivity backend built for AI reasoning, not human browsing. Connect your AI once via MCP (Model Context Protocol), and every conversation automatically includes your full work picture: active projects, upcoming deadlines, blocked items, and computed intelligence about your patterns. It knows your typical completion velocity, spots work that's stalling before you notice, and calibrates its suggestions to how you actually work — not how a generic algorithm thinks you should. This isn't another task app with an AI bolted on. There's no UI to check, no lists to reorganize, no weekly reviews to dread. Tycana is infrastructure that sits behind your AI conversation, making every interaction smarter. Capture tasks by talking. Get your day planned by asking. Let your AI handle the overhead of staying organized — because it finally has the context to do it well.

Smithery CLI connects your agents to thousands of skills and MCP servers directly from the command line. To get started, simply run npx skills add smithery/cli.

Installation

npm install -g smithery@latest

Requires Node.js 20+.

Commands

MCP Servers

smithery mcp search [term]              # Search the Smithery registry
smithery mcp add <url>                  # Add an MCP server connection
smithery mcp list                       # List your connections
smithery mcp remove <ids...>            # Remove connections

Tools

Interact with tools from MCP servers connected via smithery mcp.

smithery tool list [connection]        # List tools from your connected MCP servers
smithery tool find [query]             # Search tools by name or intent
smithery tool get <connection> <tool>  # Show full details for one tool
smithery tool call <connection> <tool> [args]  # Call a tool

Browse skills on the Smithery Skills Registry and install them with the upstream installer:
