• Retries: 2 retries with exponential backoff for all network calls.
• Caching: TTL-based memory cache to prevent IP blocking.

1. Bump Version: npm version patch --no-git-tag-version
2. Build: npm run build
3. Validate: npm run validate:publish
4. Publish to npm: npm publish --access public
