This repository holds the public listing, connection examples and MCP Registry entry for TakeHome API. The service itself is hosted at https://api.takehomeapi.com; there is nothing to install or run.

For AI agents paying with x402

Call a paid endpoint without a key and you get HTTP 402. The payment terms are in the PAYMENT-REQUIRED header (base64 JSON) and summarised in the JSON body. Pay with any x402 v2 client and retry with the PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header. You are only charged for successful responses.

Accuracy

Rates come from HMRC and the Scottish Government, and every result lists its sources and assumptions. Results are estimates for a standard tax code; payslips can differ slightly because of pay frequency and rounding. Not tax advice.
