Quick Start

  1. Install dependencies

    bun install
    
  2. Run the server

    # Development with inspector
    bun run dev
    
  3. Set environment variables using Inspector

  4. Start development environment

Configuration

Getting Your Woodpecker Token

  1. Go to your Woodpecker CI instance
  2. Click your profile icon → "CLI & API"
  3. Copy the personal access token
  4. Set it as WOODPECKER_TOKEN
